Happy National Scrapbook Day! Freebie and a Challenge!

Not only are we celebrating National Scrapbook Day but we are also celebrating Cinco de Mayo.  People all across the country will partake in a bit of food and drink at local Mexican restaurants....me included!

I thought it would be fun to create a Cinco de Mayo Girl (Challenge) and share her with you!  Here she is and she is yours FREE!
